1. Trader identity

2. Use of the site

By using this site you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to request tattoo or permanent makeup services; bookings for minors are refused. Site content is informational and does not replace an in-person consultation.

3. Consultations and bookings

A consultation request is not a contract. Before booking you receive clear information on the service, price, terms, risks and the artist, as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII. Prices, deposits and cancellation rules are confirmed in writing before payment.

4. Health, risks and consent

Tattooing and permanent makeup are invasive procedures carrying risks of infection, allergic reaction, scarring and pigment change. You must disclose relevant medical conditions and sign an informed consent form. Results depend on skin, healing and aftercare and are not guaranteed.

5. Advertising

All promotional material is identifiable as advertising and does not mislead about the artist, portfolio, results, price or procedure, in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR. Portfolio images show real work; individual results vary.

6. Personal data

Forms and analytics process personal data only with your informed consent, which you may withdraw at any time; pre-ticked consent is not used. See our Privacy Policy under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3563-IX.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, reactions arising from undisclosed conditions, or results affected by failure to follow aftercare. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Complaints

Send complaints to hello@petcaer.com; we reply within 10 working days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba) under Law No. 1023-XII.
